TACOS & TEQUILAS, AZOTEA CANTINA, + BONNZA CATERING
During my time at La Bonanza, I leveraged 20 years of marketing experience, including 10 years in hospitality marketing, to drive measurable results, growing engagement and increasing followers by over 900 per concept within just 90 days. Beyond my role as Marketing Manager, I acted as a secret shopper to ensure quality control, led the planning and execution of LTO launches, and developed strategies to support upcoming events as well as booked talent for live performances. In addition to this I managed events hosted at locations such as the Alma de Jaguar private tasting event. I also partnered with staff to provide education and training, assisted in menu engineering, oversaw timely menu deliveries, and managed brand strategy across six distinct concepts.

TASKS.
Oversee the marketing strategy and digital presence of tacos & Tequilas, Azotea Cantina, Bonnza Catering, T&T Catering, and Fair On Wheels Food Trucks, talent booking, and menu engineering.
Additionally, I collaborated with staff to coordinate both private and public events, including MLB All-Star Restaurant Week, where I developed a limited-time menu that significantly boosted sales. I promoted the event through a dual strategy: digital marketing in partnership with Atlantic Station in Atlanta, GA, and in-store field marketing alongside local restaurants. I also led promotional efforts for Azotea Roswell during the 2025 Summer Sippin’ 10-Year Anniversary, driving increased sales and foot traffic while strengthening both awareness and engagement for recurring events such as Industry Night and Ladies Night.




From May to September 2025, I served as Head of Marketing for La Bonanza Hospitality, overseeing the marketing efforts for more than six concepts. In this role, I was able to expand my expertise to include marketing for catering companies and food trucks while developing and executing strategies that enhanced both in-store and digital engagement. I drew on my prior experience with Tang Hospitality and BrewDog to ensure that all initiatives were not only effective but also strategically impactful.
